Last Will and Testament of George Kerns

Will of George Kerns b. 11 Nov. 1799 d. 17 Sept. 1882

Know all men by these presents that I George Kerns of Donegal Township in the County of Washington and state of Pennsylvania do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other or any other wills by be heretofore made.
First, I direct that my funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate and should my beloved wife Mary survive me then and in that case her funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate.
Second, I give and bequeath all my estate real personal or mixed of which I may die seized to my son Alex Kerns.
Third, I constitute and appoint T.C. Noble my executor to carry out the provision of this my last will.
Signed and sealed this 4th day of March 1881 signed in the presence of the persons hereunto subscribed as witnesses and in the presence of each other.
