Will of Jane Marshman
Know all men by these presence that I Jane Marshman, now of Canton
Township Washington County Pa. do make this my last will and testament.
First I will that all my just debts be paid.
Second I will and bequeath all of my real an personal property to my
daughter Mrs. Anna B. Jenkins my property consisting of one house and
lot in Claysville Pa. My furnature now in use by me and Two hundred and
ninety five ($295.00) dollars now in the hands of Francis M. White of
tahe State of Indiana, to which I set my hand and seal this the Twenty
Eight day of July, 1897, in presence

Personally, appeared George M.Kelly who after being duly qualified
deposes and says that his is well acquainted with the handwriting of Dr.
John W. Kelly, one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Last
Will and testament of Jane Marshman deceased, dated July 28, 1897, and
that the signature of John W. Kelly to said Will is in his own proper
handwriting as he the said affiant verily believes.
Also that said witness is now deceased.

Personally appread, U.B. Foster one of the subscrbing witnesses to the
foregoing last will and testament of Jane Marshman, deceased, and on his
solemn oath did say that he was present, and did see and hear Jane
Marshman, deceased, the testatrix therein named, sign, seal; publish and
declare that at the doing thereof she was of sound, disposing mind,
memory, and understanding, to the best of the affiants knowledge and
belief.

of Wills tc, in and for the County of Washington John Jacobs who after
being duly qualified according to law deposes and say, that Jane
Marshman late of Canton twp died on the 31st day of Oct. 1900 at the
hour of 2 o'clock,P.M.
