The Donora Historical Society
has a vast collection of photographs and artifacts relating to the history
of the Donora area. The Society's also has access to the Donora Public
Library's microfilm collection which includes The Donora Herald-American
and Washington County census records from 1900-1930.

Descendants is an organization dedicated to the history and genealogy of
West Virginia concentrating on central West Virginia. Lewis County, Harrison

Braxton County, Gilmer County, and Doddridge County all have special interest
for us; but our members research in most of the counties in the northern
