"This is my favorite. The market was owned by my great uncle John H. Mossburg. The man in the picture is Thomas F. Boyce. I don't know where this was located. I have always meant to check for business directories, but haven't done it, yet. I suspect it was Wylie Avenue or perhaps Jefferson in Washington. It would be in the late 1890's."
